About Me

Here’s the quick version:

I found my way into the careers space early on, first at Women For Hire, where I helped support and elevate women’s career paths, and then at the HR tech startup Brazen, where I fell in love with the magic of matching people with meaningful work.

On the side, I launched a resume writing business that quickly took off, and eventually moved into Executive Search, partnering with high-growth startups to build standout People and Talent teams.

My first year in search? I was named Rookie of the Year. (If you can’t brag on your own website, where can you?)

When the world shifted during the pandemic, so did I — returning to Brazen to lead Talent & People as we scaled and grew toward an exciting acquisition by Radancy.

After that, I joined freight-tech startup Transfix to help lead IPO readiness efforts.

Today, I’m living my best professional life as Head of People at Starface World, a bold and joyful beauty brand that turns moments of self-consciousness into self-expression with iconic pimple patches and skincare that actually works.

At the core of it all is my coaching practice — the common thread that’s run through every chapter of my career. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one or leading company-wide people strategies, my goal is the same: help humans unlock their potential and find clarity in moments of transition, ambiguity, or growth.

When I’m not deep in org design, storytelling, or coaching calls, you can find me reading, working out, playing my ukulele, trying new restaurants, or volunteering with Experience Camps, the organization that changed my life — and the lives of thousands of grieving children (that rainbow photo on this page was taken at ExCamps in PA).
